What is Franchise Flywheel?

Franchise Flywheel is a Salesforce.com application designed for franchisors. It allows you to leverage the power of Salesforce.com to manage your franchising business processes, such as franchise awarding, the pre-opening process, franchise operations, and franchise administration.

What will Franchise Flywheel™ do for my franchise system?

A core Flywheel Group philosophy is continuous improvement, and this is a tool that allows franchisors to better measure and manage their franchise systems in an effort to understand what is working and what isn't. Utilizing the Franchise Flywheel application will ultimately provide franchise organizations with the tools needed to operate more efficiently and reduce overhead by leveraging the benefits of cloud computing.

What won't Franchise Flywheel do for my franchise system?

As mentioned above, the Franchise Flywheel application is a tool designed to help franchisors who are committed to improving their systems do just that. Adopting any new technology requires organizational commitment in order to achieve results. We do not imply, nor subscribe to the philosophy, that simply purchasing some new technology will provide you with sustainable and measurable improvements in your business. Continuous improvement requires discipline, dedication, commitment, and having the right people in your organization.

Installation Questions

How do I install Franchise Flywheel?

Once you have your Salesforce.com account set up you will just need to go to the Salesforce AppExchange to install the Franchise Flywheel application into your Salesforce account.

Can I try it before I buy it?

Yes, and we want you to. You will first need to have a Salesforce account in place. If you're not already a Salesforce customer, you can get a 30-day free trial here. Then, visit the Salesforce.com AppExchange to get a 14-day free trial of the Franchise Flywheel app.

Will I need to purchase any hardware or software?

There is no hardware or software to purchase. Salesforce.com and the Franchise Flywheel application are purchased on a monthly subscription basis. This means that you pay for what you use - no more, no less.

Will I need any IT staff to oversee and manage this system?

No, one of the main benefits of cloud computing is that most of the heavy lifting is done for you. There is no hardware or software to maintain and upgrade on your end. Some companies do devote resources to having Salesforce certified staff in place. The Flywheel Group also provides Salesforce customization, development, and administration services so we would be happy to discuss your needs and become a resource for you.

No, there are no setup fees required.
